As part of the measures taken by the Government to support Companies and businesses affected by the restrictive measures imposed in an attempt to limit the spread of Coronavirus, the Department of Registrar of Companies announced the following:

1. Payment of the Annual Levy of € 350:
   The payment the annual levy for 2020 is extended until the 31^st day of December, 2020, without the usual penalties of 10% and 30% being imposed.
2. Submission of the Annual Report (HE32) for 2020:
   The Annual Report dated 01.01.2020 – 31.12.2020 may be filed with the Registrar of Companies until 28.01.2021 without incurring any penalties.
3. Imposition of a Fee for the Late Submission of Forms to the Registrar of Companies:
   The imposition of penalties for the late submission of statutory forms to the Registrar of Companies will be postponed to 2021 (with no reference to the precise month).
4. Companies Compliance Campaign for Registration of Annual Reports Due:
   The publication process in the Official Gazette of the Republic regarding the three months’ notice for the strike off of non-compliant companies is suspended until January 2021.
